Committees

The Finance Committee assists the Treasurer and Board of Directors on all matters pertaining to the finances of the Association.

The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for upholding the architectural guidelines established in the Swan Lake Estates covenants.

The Social Committee coordinates events giving Association members a chance to build camaraderie within the neighborhood.

The Playground Committee is responsible for the operation, sustainment and use of the community playground.

The Decorations Committee is responsible for decorating the front entrance and other common areas for holidays and special occasions.

The Strategic Planning Committee builds and updates the multi-year plan for sustaining the Association and its assets.

The Pool & Clubhouse Committee is responsible for the operation, sustainment and use of the community pool and club house.

The Beautification Committee is responsible for sustaining the landscaping in the Association's common areas.

The Oversight Committee is responsible for the effectiveness of HOA financial/performance reporting, risk management, and internal controls.

The Decorations Committee is responsible for decorating the front entrance and other common areas for holidays and special occasions.
